Custom Plastic Machining for the Textile Industry

Our machining capabilities include CNC milling, turning, drilling, boring, and tapping. We use these capabilities to manufacture custom profiles, round components, hole patterns, threaded features, and other specified geometries for textile equipment and manufacturing applications.

We work with plastics including nylon, acetal, PTFE, and PEEK. Components are machined according to the material and grade specified for the project, along with customer requirements for dimensions, tolerances, hole locations, profiles, and other part features.

For replacement components, we can manufacture parts according to customer-provided drawings and specifications. We also support custom components for new equipment designs where standard parts do not provide the required dimensions or features.
