At Ethylene Atlantic, precision machining isn’t just our trade—it’s the foundation of how we support some of the most vital and advanced industries in the country. As a company proudly owned by Philadelphia Pipe Bending Co. , and working closely with our sister companies—Bentech Inc, Dekay Fabrication, ALLQAF, and PPBCo itself—we bring decades of experience, modern capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset to every part we produce.
With five active manufacturing locations, a team of seasoned professionals, and a robust ASME-certified and ISO 9001:2015-compliant quality system, Ethylene Atlantic is uniquely positioned to handle fluctuating production demands while maintaining the highest level of precision and service. We take a solutions-based approach—providing not just parts, but full-service support for clients across a wide spectrum of industries.
In this latest update, we’re highlighting the industries we serve and what makes Ethylene Atlantic a trusted supplier to companies that demand consistency, flexibility, and quality.

Healthcare and Medical Technology
The healthcare sector represents our largest customer base—accounting for approximately 35% of our total sales. Ethylene Atlantic provides precision-machined components used in medical devices, diagnostic equipment, surgical tools, and laboratory instrumentation. Many of these applications require biocompatible plastics, corrosion-resistant metals, and strict quality control protocols.
We understand the demands of this space, including traceability, documentation, and consistency at scale. Our ability to work with challenging materials like PTFE, PEEK, Ultem, stainless steel, and aluminum makes us a reliable partner in delivering safe, clean, and reliable parts for healthcare applications.
Laboratory and Testing Equipment
With 15% of our work serving laboratory and testing environments, we routinely produce parts that require tight tolerances, low contamination risk, and dimensional stability. From mounting hardware for instruments to custom enclosures and fixtures, our work supports researchers, universities, and testing facilities across the country.
We’re especially proud of our quality systems and inspection processes, which align well with the high standards expected by customers in this sector.
Electronics, Instrumentation, and Controls
About 20% of our production supports electronics and instrumentation companies, many of whom rely on us for components used in control systems, enclosures, testing jigs, and panel assemblies. These parts are often made from high-performance polymers like Delrin, PVC, Polycarbonate, and PEEK, selected for their dielectric properties, strength, and durability.
In these applications, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and long-term reliability are non-negotiable. Our equipment, combined with our experienced CNC programmers and operators, ensures every part meets specification.
Chemical and Process Industries
We machine parts for chemical processing equipment, flow control assemblies, and support structures used in high-temperature and corrosive environments. Whether it’s flanges, bushings, valve housings, or custom plastic fittings, we understand how material selection and machining tolerances directly impact performance and safety.
Our experience with chemically resistant plastics such as PTFE, CPVC, and Polypropylene, along with various grades of stainless steel and brass, helps us serve this industry with confidence and precision.
Transportation, Industrial, and General Manufacturing
We also provide machining solutions to a wide range of transportation and general industrial customers, representing the remaining 30% of our workload. Applications vary from custom machine parts to mounting hardware, brackets, bushings, and components for assembly lines and automation.
With multiple HAAS CNC turning centers and vertical mills, as well as manual lathes and screw machines, Ethylene Atlantic has the equipment and team to take on jobs that range from single prototypes to repeat production orders.
High-Tech and Semiconductor
As high-tech industries push for tighter tolerances and more demanding materials, our team supports customers in the semiconductor sector with clean, precise, and highly consistent components. These applications often require complex geometries, consistent quality across batches, and strict documentation—areas where Ethylene Atlantic excels.
Domestic Focus with Global Standards
Ethylene Atlantic proudly supports American manufacturing. 95% of our customers are located in the United States, and we are committed to on-time delivery, proactive service, and responsive support. At the same time, we meet or exceed international expectations in quality control, traceability, and continuous improvement.
By collaborating with our sister companies—Bentech Inc, Dekay Fabrication, ALLQAF, and our parent company Philadelphia Pipe Bending Co.—we offer expanded capabilities across a wide range of fabrication, bending, assembly, and finishing services.
