Jeff brings with him over 20 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming, with a strong background in both mills and lathes. His extensive knowledge spans across a wide range of plastics and metals, making him a versatile and valuable asset to our shop floor operations.

Throughout his career, Jeff has not only mastered machining processes but also taken on roles as a leader and trainer, helping teams grow their technical skills and operate more efficiently. His approach is grounded in continuous improvement, always seeking better ways to get the job done — smarter, faster, and with precision.

When he’s not fine-tuning code or working at the machine, you’ll find Jeff outdoors. He’s an avid fisherman and enjoys snowmobiling during the winter months. Why It Matters
